Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at jaxsonlyons9@gmail.com. We'll send return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us photos within 48 hours at jaxsonlyons9@gmail.com and we'll replace it or refund you — no return shipping required.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Non-returnable: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
EU customers: If shipping to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason, under the same condition requirements.
